How to Fight an Inattention to Driving Ticket
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington.
I was pulled over as I was stopping at a light in Lynnwood, Washington. The officer said it "looked" like I was texting on my phone. I told him I wasn't texting and he could look at my phone. He said no, and then gave me an Inattention to Driving ticket LMC 11.61.130.
Since I wasn't texting or talking on the phone, my plan is to contest the ticket. But not sure how hard it is to prove that the inattention to driving.
Any suggestions?

Were you doing something with your phone (or some other item) that confused the officer? Was there something other than your appearing not to be looking at the road that inspired the ticket - weaving, etc.?
