Re: Exposure of Sexual Organs
I'm just wondering if you can ask to see the video the police claimed they had before saying a word. If they don't show you the video, tell them you will not speak without an attorney or public defender.
If they show you the video, tell them you see no infraction and refuse to speak to them anyway as its an obvious setup.
Maybe the lady is trying to make it so you won't talk to her or follow her around again and this is the way she is approaching it. Filing a false police report is a crime in its self.
Re: Exposure of Sexual Organs
I know this is like a week late but, I am going to take a different bent on this. Were you wearing short shorts (Florida warm weather). If you were then she may have seen your privates depending on how you were sitting. Then the question the officers will consider is, were you purposely trying to expose yourself? Did you knowingly wear clothing that exposes you? Or were you just sitting there talking to a person you knew and the exposure was accidental. But my one bit of advice is...Do Not let yourself be interviewed by the police under any circumstances.
Here is a youtube video that explains "Why you should never talk to the police".

Remember, you have a 5th amendment right not to be a witness against yourself.
