    How Long Is The Statue Of Limitations For Breaking And Entering ? And Is Their Exceptions To This ?

    OH 2911.13 Breaking and Entering is a felony (5th degree). OH 2901.13 sets the felony SOL at 6 years. There are many reasons why the SOL might be tolled. Discovery of the crime, age of the victim, proximity of the accussed (if you were to leave the state), etc.
