Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA.
Does CA have to prove that you had a physical address in CA (or that you physically resided in CA) during your period of sex offender registration in order to charge you with a felony?

    That depends on the allegation.

CA law requires someone who resides here to register. The elements of the offense have to be met. Any person required to register must do so if he is working, living, or attending school here.

Perhaps you can be a little more specific?
