Kentucky CDL driver gets speeding ticket in Indiana

i have a class b cdl license and got a ticket for going 80 in a 55, will this take points off my ky license and go on my ky driving record

A CDL speeding ticket for 15+ over the speed limit is a serious CDL violation and could lead to a suspension of your license. At the very least you are looking at a major increase in your personal auto insurance and trouble with your employer. Once you have a serious ticket on your record it is almost impossible to change jobs. Once you are suspended, you will have no job.

Yes. There is a new law now in effect. It is the same regardless. In addition a CDL driver can no longer take traffic school or a PFJ.
