    Renewal of Green Card With a Criminal Record
    hello everyone
    been a resident since 2000..was arrested for posession in 2005 ...received a felony with three yrs probation and no jail time...my green card expires in a few months and i want to know what are the chances of getting my renewal denied?...havent been in contact with the police since??/

    Possession of what, in what quantity?

    Simple possession, right? Not possession with intent or manufacture?

    It was 11379(a) transportation of a controlled substance..I got arrested for several things all got dropped was only charged with the above..it was 6.35 grams of meth
