Child Care Fraud

My question involves child support in the State of: Indiana, Porter County.

In my child support case, it was ruled that ruled that I payed x amount of dollars plus an additional $100 a week for child care. She worked Mon-Fri and was supposedly paying $20 each day to the babysitters which consisted of friends and family. For the past year and a half, I have had him every Mon & Tues, which I receive no money back for. I also found out that her Aunt, who has my son 2 other days, told me she has rarely ever accepted any money for watching him. Is there any way she can be prosecuted for "pocketing" the extra money? Am I able to be reimbursed for any of the money?

Probably not. You could have petitioned the courts for a modification a year and a half ago when you started caring for your child. The lack of action on your part will not translate to punishment of your ex. But you should seek to have the CS order modified to reflect the current care arrangement.
