Removing the Father's Name from Birth Certificate in Pennsylvania
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Pennsylvania
I signed the birth certificate for the girl I thought was my daughter as it turns out after a DNA test and divorce. I was not the father... I thought I was taken off automatically. It has been seven years since the divorce and I recently found out that I am still listed as the father on the birth certificate! How would I go about removing my name officially from the birth certificate. I still have my DNA results stating that I am not the father.
Re: Removing the Father's Name from Birth Certificate in Pennsylvania
Was paternity actually disestablished during a divorce action?

Yes it was but my name was never removed.
