    Obscene Simulated Child Pornography
    According to 4chan rule number 3 (http://www.4chan.org/rules)
    Quote:

Do not post the following outside of /b/: Trolls, flames, racism, off-topic replies, uncalled for catchphrases, macro image replies, indecipherable text (example: "lol u tk him 2da bar|?"), anthropomorphic ("furry"), grotesque ("guro"), or loli/shota pornography.
which means that 4chan allows loli/shota pornography in the /b/ section of it's website.

    according to the law (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_s...s#18_USC_1466A)
obscene simulated child pornography is illegal.

It is known that the FBI knows about 4chan: http://www.google.com/search?ncr&saf...=1&q=4chan+fbi

So the question is: Does the FBI allows obscene simulated child pornography ?

What country is the 4chan hosted? That could make all the difference. You are free to file a report with the feds. Maybe in filing a report, you will get an answer.
