if you don't mind paying for new ones and maybe even spending some time in jail, sure, you can pop the tires.

But... in some states you can shoot a person for trespassing.

    Are you sure?

Just have it towed and be done with it.

what does that have to do with the car?

and please feel free to post up a state that you can shoot a person simply for trespassing. In my state were are pretty liberal and even here you have to have a fear for your life before you are allowed to use lethal force.

In CA that is called "vandalism." It is a crime. You can do up to 6 months in jail for that, plus pay a fine of up to $1,000 (and with fees and assessments, you can add nearly another $1,000 on top).

Then move to one of those "some other states." Not sure which state allows you to take open season like you seem to think, but I suspect you'd be prosecuted and sued if you did that. And here in CA you cannot shoot trespassers merely for trespassing.

Thanks all. Will have it towed if I can't find the owner... I would never actually pop the tires by the way. Was just wondering.
