Why are they trying to say you're unfit?

...that doesn't make you unfit in the slightest.

Speak with your attorney on Monday. S/he will guide you.

So you left without the kids? Ok, you both - since you're married - have equal rights to the children. You can go and get them. But your husband can come over to your house and get them again, too. It's probably best not to put the kids through that kind of back and forth.

How old are the kids? Have you been their primary caregiver?

(Could you try not to use text-speak too? It's a little tricky reading the posts sometimes :) )

You are coming across like a semi-literate seventh grader. The suggestion was that you follow the rules of spelling and grammar so that people can understand what you are trying to say.

Primary caregiver = the parent who has taken most of the responsibility of day-to-day parenting. For example, if your husband works all day and you're a stay at home Mom, you'd generally be seen as the primary caregiver.

I thought you said the kids were with your ex and he wasn't returning them to you?

    (And thanks MKIA :) )

Yes I am a stay at home mom but his mom helped me with the day to day with the kids.
