Can I Get Emancipated Please Help

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Virginia

I am 16, and I live in Hampton, Virginia. I have questions about the emancipation law, and how to do get emancipated, also.
I have a job, and I get 150-200 a week. I also have my GED so my education is taken care of. But I am tired of my mother, who doesn't even have physical custody. My dad does, and he lives in Roanoke. My mom just has legal custody. I just want to make it so I can move out of her abusive home. I want to move in with my best friend, I would be paying 200 dollars a month for rent, and for all my clothing, food, and other personal needs. My job is right down the street from her house too. So transportation is no problem.
I also have a question on how to get emancipated. Where would I go? Or who would I call to get a court date? I honestly want to be out of here as soon as possible. I am trying to move in to my friends already to show the courts I can support myself, by myself. So they will approve of me getting emancipated.
Please help. :(
