What is Enough Information to Start an Alienation of Affection Lawsuit
My question involves alienation of affection law for the State of: North Carolina
My husband and I have been married for 17 years. We split up for 7 years and got back together last year. In January of this year he found his high school girlfriend. They started having an affair. After putting a keylogger on my computer I found that she was coming to my house. I hired a person to watch my house and take pictures.I have pictures of them coming out of my house and pictures of her car in my driveway. They live together now. I also have im chats between the two. My question is do I have enough to start a lawsuit against her. I know she is also married and left her husband and 2 children.
Re: Do I Have Enough Information to Start an Alienation of Affection Law Suit
It would seem that you do, but wouldn't it be more efficient and less expensive to simply divorce your husband and be done with it?

And what do you hope to accomplish?
