Non-Disclousure Agreements

This question is about international law related to business, thus the reason I am posting in the business forum.

I am looking for a one way non-disclousure and non-circumvention agreement preferrable accepted by the IC. I have done a searched online and only found one, but it is not usable.

Basically I need this document because I want to protect myself from my factory going around me to my customers and their customers directly and without consequences for doing so.

I am also looking for agreements that pertain to stable supply and pricing.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Perhaps someone knows a place where I can get these doucments already.

Retain a lawyer in whatever nation is involved and have your lawyer draft appropriate documents. Laws vary by state and country.
