Can you PROVE she lied? All because you say she lied does not mean she did.
And if you had to elocute - i.e. admit to the facts of your case - as part of your plea agreement, then you can kiss this suit idea goodbye.
You have a very uphill battle to fight. Consult an attorney and run it past him or her to see how much it would cost to try to sue her. Then decide if it is worth the many thousands of dollars it will likely cost just to roll those dice.
