My question is , is it possible to only get one expungment per entire lifetime in the state of ohio, I am going to nursing school now ang I am worried that I will not get my license because of a old misdem. neglent assalt 5 years ago.I had a old expungment 11 years ago for a bad check charge and I got it expunged, can I get my assault expunged off ?
