Can I Get Emancipated

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Louisiana

I've lived with my aunt since august of 2010. I dont like how i get treated, to me it feels like she treats me differently from how she treats her own son(my cousin). There is barely ever any food at our house, unless my older sister, who lives with us, is home that night and cooks. Like tonight, there is nothing to eat. & most of the time i have to ask her "what are we eating tonight" or "can you go get us something to eat" ? My mother even gave my aunt her foodstamp card to use to get food and shd hasnt done that. Also, i dont like the fact that there of drugs or the talk of drugs around me. For example; my aunt was at work a few nights ago and my aunt's friend came over to ask me if i could watch her kid, and i did. Well like an hour later my aunt calls me and says her friend lost some pills and asks me to look and see if i could find them anywhere.
I am 16, i live in prairieville louisiana. Is there anything i can do?

How much money are you making at your full-time job? What are your grades like? How long have you been supporting yourself 100%?

And..uh...really? Is there any reason you can't fix dinner for yourself?

Well IF there were food in the house, i'd be capable of doing that. & because my mom didnt take care of me well i supported myself up until i moved here. & i'm making straight a's. If you dont have anything HELPFUL to say then why say it at all.

What kind of job did you have that paid enough to TOTALLY support yourself at 16? That means fair market value of rent, utilities, transportation, medical and car insurance, food, phone, internet, staples, etc.?

I'm going to be as gentle as I can here, so please bear with me.

If there was literally no food in the house, you would have been smart enough - or your sister would have been - to contact CPS/equivalent or speak to a school counselor or other mandated reporter to make a report, right? Because you are smart enough to understand that your guardian has the minimal responsibility of providing food, yes?

But that aside, what kind of job do you have where you're able to show the court that you can provide market rent, utilities, clothing, food, health insurance, transportation....everything?

I'd be moving where that would be taken care of, no bills or expenses for me to pay.

The reason i'm not contacting anyone is because i dont want anyone in trouble, i jus want out of here.
PLEASE, i just want advice as to if i can get emancipated & some law stating i can. I dont need your judgements or criticism. Thanks.

WHAT KIND OF JOB DO YOU HAVE WHERE YOU CAN FULLY SUPPORT YOURSELF?

Or, what other funding do you have?

I don't mean moving in with a friend, or a relative, or a boyfriend or girlfriend. I mean how can you show the court that YOU can support yourself?

And really - if you think we're tough (and trust me hon, we're not - by any means), you've got no chance in front of a judge.
