What to Do About 2rd Degree Theft Charge
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington

My boyfriend was just picked up last week on a warrant he had stemming from a theft case; he failed to comply with the terms of release (40 hrs community service, and a fine). Now he's waiting to be seen in front of a judge, and so I'm just asking what all he can do from here? Or what can we expect to happen, or any kind of information, really.

He should consult a lawyer. We know virtually nothing about his case, and absolutely nothing about his other criminalhistory.

I already told you in your other thread on this exact topic what he can probably expect. He needs to grow up and fulfill his obligations in the future.
