What were the circumstances that led you to seek not just a protective order, but one on an EMERGENCY basis, which was granted?

You would probably file this form:

    http://www.in.gov/judiciary/forms/po/po/po-0108.pdf

Have they scheduled a hearing on your original petition yet?

A rape or attempted rape is a very serious offense, and the fact that you are disabled might make it that much more serious.

I don't think you have a good chance of getting this dropped.

I suspect dogmatique may be right. Rape is rape and raping a disabled person is even more egregious.
