In Georgia you can expect the Civil Demand to be $150.
So it's been 3 weeks and just received the civil demand and it was $150. After, I pay them is that it? , atleast civilly.
I still haven't gotten my court summons yet. I was planning on leaving the country, but since I don't even know the court date is I guess I should just cancel my trip.
I know these are a lot of questions, but just one more. When I do in fact get the letter in the mail, what should I expect it to look like. Because I still live at home and I've been hiding this from them. So what excuse can I make up just in case someone finds the letter?
