Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Notice of Completion - Now What
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of Florida. I paid off my ch13 via a gift from a family member. I finally received a notice of completion from the trustee just a few days ago and also completed the credit counseling course.

The paperwork verifying my counseling course and that I had no alimony or child support to pay has been submitted.

I think all that is left is for the court to issue my discharge correct? Are there more steps here that I'm not seeing? and what's the time frame to discharge (usually)?

Much appreciated... I'm soooooo anxious to get the discharge and start over!

We don't have enough information to tell you what might happen next. If you were on a partial repayment plan and paid it off quite early, within for example the first three years of a five year plan, the trustee may determine that the percentage you are to repay should be increased.

You are done. With the Notice of Completion you should have your discharge within 30 days however, Courts are swamped right now so it could take as long as 90 days.
