Ex-Roomate's Personal Property

My question involves personal property located in the State of: Georgia.

My ex-roomate moved in January but left most of her belongings in my home. She has also not changed her mailing address. What can I do in the state of Georgia to force her to retrieve her belongings?

I cannot send a certified letter, because all of her mail comes here. I cannot complete renovation on my room because of her large furniture.

She left you no means of contacting her? You do not know anyone within her circle of friends/family that could get the message to her? Is this a home that you own or is it being leased/rented?

I know where she works. I do have her email address and have sent emails. I didn't want to go to her place of employment. I do own the home.
