False Accusation is Now Involving DHS in Arkansas
My boyfriend has been falsely accused of "breast touching" one day after I gave birth to our daughter. Which is just a bunch of crap because my breasts hurt terribley and I just gave birth. But, this woman has informed DHS of this and a case worker hasn't been out yet, they made him leave the home though. Because, I am 15 and his is 18 our birthdays our 11/5 and 11/10. He is legally the father. And, as of now they are expecting me to care for her on my own. We were going to get married with parental consent but it was too late because my mother had signed a protection plan. So we are not allowed to see each other to do that. He is not allowed to see his baby either. Today she is 6 days old. And, he left two days ago. The age of consent in arkansas is 16. So legally I can not consent untill then unless we are married or I'm emancipated? They also said this isn't criminal, this is considered child maltreatment.
I'm wondering what all I can do, so far I've been told by attorneys and such that this will pass soon, the case worker should look at this as a bunch of crap, too.
I don't know if my father can take us down, because he hasn't signed anything to get us married.
Or if I qualify for emancipation and make this all go away.
Or will they say that is tampering with the ongoing case?
Before 16 is there any Romeo and Juliet laws?
What can or should I do to speed this up or what can I do at all?
I'm trying for other answers besides wait it out. I'm a young first time mom and it's really really hard doing this by myself. I really need him around.
    Thanks for all your help..
