What are you talking about exaggerate my Circumstances. I wasn't trying to get pregnant. It just happened.. Ya know accidents. And he isn't going to break up with me. We have already started the wedding plans and have a lot of money invested. and half of the things we own are in both of our names. and yes I Can pay for everything listed above and keep my grades up.

    You're not being emancipated.

    Period.

    Even if.

    Ok?

    Have a great evening!

Oh... so we have gone from "what if I am pregnant" to "I wasn't trying to get pregnant".

    That does change things.

    You really have no chance.

Apparently we're not the ones with a reading problem.

    Sessy_1112.

    You are a pregnant teenager.

There isn't a court in the COUNTRY going to emancipate you in order for you to go and live with your boyfriend.

    Ok?

Now have a great, stress-free pregnancy and once the child is born come back and we'll help you establish child support and paternity.

    Lighten up.

You asked if you could get emancipated.

I stated that it was virtually impossible for a pregnant teen to be emancipated to go live with the man that impregnated her.

I cannot help if you don't like the legal answer. It is what it is.

I doubt very much a 17 year old pregnant teen can make enough money to fully support herself and a child to a court's satisfaction.

Like it or not. Play the "what about if I throw THIS into the conversation" game all you want. Ultimately, your choice is to stay with your parents or go into foster care if a COURT deems your parents unfit.

Notice that neither choice allows you to go play house just because you really want to.

I cannot help that you don't like the answer. It is the only one you have.

I see what y'all have posted thank you. And yes. cyjeff does have a reading problem because I stated to you that I Could pay for me and the baby then he comes through and says the I have to prove that I Can support the baby and I which I had stated I Can do.

And you are still a beligernt asshole

Tell me, what kind of job do YOU have - not Dad's child support, not your boyfriend's job but your job - that pays enough to provide for these things?

    I'm genuinely curious.

    Exactly my point.

    Have a great evening.

Remember this site when you do file to establish paternity and child support for your baby. :)
