Pace Speeding Ticket in King County District Court Washington
My question involves traffic court in the State of: Washington, in King County District Court.

I was pulled over for speeding via the Pace method. I am filing for discovery tomorrow. I bought the court documents from the courts website to look at before obtaining the discovery. They are attached here. So far i see no weaknesses in the states case against me. The filing dates are correct and it seems like the officers report is clear enough. I am hoping that the certification process for the speedometer was somehow flawed. Is that a correct judgement? Find the report attached at http://imgur.com/a/k2tzn . Any ideas?

    Thanks

You should delete the remaining potentially identifying information from your scans - your license plate number, the ticket number, the officer's name and date, etc.
