Marriage to you should have terminated her entitlement to Social Security benefits from her deceased father so she may have been committing Social Security fraud for all these years. And if you filed a joint return last year, she should have shown you a Social Security 1099.

I strongly suggest you consult with an attorney. After being married for 18+ years, it would not be unreasonable for any agency to conclude that you knew where your spouse's income originated.
I fear there's at least a fair chance of you being viewed as fully aware of what was happening.
