Modified Visitation

Ok my daughter is a yr old and I filed child support on her father. The visitations they gave him werre he gets her every other weekend, well he drops her off at his parents house when its his weekend and leaves. And where him and his parents live is nasty there are goats they let come in and out of the house the goat uses the bathroom in the house and when she comes home she will have diaper rash to where she's bleeding. And last weekend when I got her home she had a cigerete burn on her hand I want to get the visitation modified to where its supervised would I be able to do that? I understand I would have to go to court over it.
