    Getting a Child's Treatment Records
    Ohio

At court I found out my son has a speech issue and we have to work around it. Can I get the records? The lawyer has been using it in court saying he sees acspecialist and due to his medical issue and he is a special needs

Also what are some of the motions that I can file in a juvinile case, just the name.
Lastly can I get concealing order for me and his mother cuz me and her are like fire and water we don't go well together, in the best interest of the child.

Assuming a) you're the legal father and b) there isn't a court order specifically barring you from doing so, it is within your rights to obtain your child's medical records.

However, what's your end goal here?

And what do you mean by "just the name"?

    And "concealing order"?

just the name as in just the name of any kinds of motions that are used in juvenile law so I can google it and study up on it

and I meant consoling like a therapist so that we can get our issues out in the open so we can talk about the child without lawyers or judges during pick ups for visitations and things that both of us need to be there

and the treatment is so i can better know how to take care of him and research his conditions.

    and thx for the reply

It's impossible to list the various forms and motions - you just need to start googling your states custody laws.

You can request mediation, absolutely. You can also request parenting classes for both of you.

Do you have an attorney? If Mom does, you're really best advised to speak with one also.
