My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Michigan. I was just a couple days ago, caught for retail fraud at Meijers. I am an employee there at a gas station. Im a 20 year old college student and over a 3 month period i made some stupid decisions by taking candy and other things. the total cost i took and admited to and fully complied to was 61 dollars worth. I was wondering if i would face legal fines and prosecution. I was completely honest with loss prevention and i feel horibly bad about it. No cops were called or present so what should i expect
