Can a Minor Get Jail Time for Possession of Marijuana

today i was caught with some roaches left in my car with a little bit of weed in them, its my first offense ever,(ive never even had a detention), i was really cooperative and im wondering if i could be facing jail time, thanks

The dont have juvi detention centers for nothing.

If you get jail will depend on your previous background & the judge.

For simple drug possession, it's possible for a minor to get anything from a warning (likely with a period of supervision and possible drug testing prior to a dismissal) to incarceration. If your home, school and community records are otherwise clear, you're likely to get a disposition on the lighter end of the scale.
