Where to Find Provisions in the Probate Code
My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: PA

Duty to control and preserve trust property. The trustee must actively control and preserve the trust property; the trustee cannot passively allow the property to be injured, dissipated, or lost. (Probate Code Section 16006).

I was referred to this Probate Code section regarding my issue but this code is for California. Can some one please direct me to where I may find something similar in the PA code. I have been pouring over "Title 20" DECEDENTS, ESTATES AND FIDUCIARIES but its either not there or I simply have not found it yet.

I'm trying to find out what the Trustee is legally obligated to do while managing a trust. Also I might as well ask if there are FEDERAL Codes that define the duties of a trustee.

    Thank you for any help
