Can I Move Out of State if Emancipated
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: utah... i wish to become emancipated at 16 i am 14 right now n as soon as i turn 15 i will get a job and do my best to hold it and keep it till i turn 16. i've been having problems with my parents and i have told them i wish to become emancipated. i asked my mom for her to sign permission once im 16 if i have proven myself responsible. she said she will think about it. i also asked her to teach me everything i need to know about owning a home, car, insurence and other stuff like that. she is helping me now. i also have really good grades and is planning to keep it that way. i'm also going to try to graduate early so i can get a full time job. But my question is that if i get emancipated at 16 will i be able to move out of the state of utah and do i have a chance of emancipation if not what else do i need to do to get it? i just need some help and advice thankyou. :wallbang:

IF you are emancipated, and that is a very, very big if, then yes, you can move out of state. However, your chance of emancipation are slim to none.
