Landlord Allowed Unauthorized Relative to Enter Unit, Items Stolen
My question involves small claims court in the state of Texas.

I had several furniture items taken from my apartment while in the process of moving out because the apartment management allowed an unauthorized party (my estranged father's brother) to enter. The manager at the complex is...less than professional and hangs up on me when I call to get additional information about why my uncle was allowed to enter the apartment. I would like to find out the exact details of what occurred so I can consult with an attorney about a small claims case. If the manager will not cooperate with me, do I have any way of forcing her to give me the information? I have not filed a suit yet.

There are, apparently, two people who can tell you what happened: Your uncle and your landlord. If they won't tell you what happened, you can sue them and find out in court. You can seek leave from a Texas small claims court for reasonable discovery.
