Mother Refuses to Give Up Custody of Child Who Wants to Live with Father
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
So I'm trying to move out of my mother's house and in with my father. He is engaged, has a stable address, is building on said property (so he's not going anywhere), and has a stable job. My mother rufuses to let me move in with him and his fiance (she's just power hungry). I'm 15, so I know I can chose to move in with him. Is there anything I can do?

Who told you that? No, you don't have a choice in where you live. If your parents were fighting over your custody in court, you'd be asked about your preferences, but you would still go where you were told to go - and if the courts say Mom has custody, then Mom has custody, and you go where Mom says.

Move out on your 18th birthday.
