    Finding a Missing Non-Custodial Parent
My son's father is missing. The Attorney Genral cannot find him and I believe he has left the state and is using my son's S.S. number. I do not have a credit card, so I cannot do a search online. How can I find him and get my back Child Support? He said he wanted to sign his rights over to my husband and then disapeared. His former employer is looking for him as well because he stole money and very exprnsive equipment from him. Help!!!!!!

If he's using your son's Social Security Number for employment, the legal authorities should be able to track him through IRS records.
