You need a lawyer. This is serous. No specific first offenders program that I'm available but there may be ways to mitigate it.
There's no hope. i broke up with this girl so she has vowed to make my life hell. just when my future is starting to brighten up. If i go to jail i cant finish school and create the better life i want for me and my kids. I have a public defender and he said the state is not offering a plea. does that mean I will be going to jail???????
