Landlord Not Allowing to Move in
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: missouri

if landlord does not allow me to move into my building when contract says i am to move in.. is this breech of contract on the landlord side if so what can i do...besides get a lawyer and take them to court...i mean can i request my deposit back and my first months rent that i paid....how about attorney and court fees..do you think i will get stuck covering the cpst of all of that. I posted under subleases with a more depth information but it really doesnt go into great detail either....i am posting here in hopes someone can at the very least answers this question....
