Fraudulent Use of Personal Identification
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
i didnt know were else to put this so Im hoping its in the right place.
Basically: my ex stole my idenity and used to rack up close to 1000 bucks worth of stuff before she was caught. She was charged with fraudulent use of personal identificatation. She pled no contest and adjudication of guilt was with held. She was sentanced to 3 years probation and court costs, fines, and restitution. She has never paid any of it and is set to get of probation in March. There in the process of violationg her probation for non payment and not complying with a court order. So i have some questions that I cant find an answer to.
1. can she get of probation if she hasnt paid any of it?
2. will they just extend her probation?
3. can they resentance her?
4. can she get off scott free?
