Prejudgment Claim of Right to Possession
My question involves an eviction in the state of: California
The box claimant is for the plaintiff (landlord) info right? So why is the ending signature also named as claimant if its clearly for those asking for a right to possession or unnamed tenants? i'm refering to form cp10.5
http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/forms/fillable/cp105.pdf
thx
Re: Prejudgment Claim of Right to Possession
The box for the claimant is for the claimant - a person making a claim, in this specific case a claim of the right to possession. What on the form makes you think that a claimaint has to be the plaintiff?

Thanks for your response, just the fact that I'd been filling out the top of every form, why not this one too? heh. Thx.
