Locating an Attorney with Knowledge in a Small Niche
My question involves medical malpractice in the state of: AZ

How would a find an attorney for a medical malpractice case in an area that it extremely narrow & highly specialized. It actually involves 2 area of medicine & the individual would need to understand the overlap. The case has absolute merit but the learning curve is too great for most. What is the best way to proceed? Thx

Call medical malpractice firms in your area, interview them, and see if they're capable of handling your case or if they can suggest other firms that may be capable.

The issue, though, is less whether they know of this supposed interaction of fields of medicine, and more one of whether they can find appropriate experts with relevant knowledge who can support a claim of medical negligence.

Thank you for your response. I've done the obvious. There is no issue with locating an expert in the field. The difficulty is the "learning curve" involved for the atty & none want to spend the time. This is a case of gross negligence. Any further suggestions?
