International Felony Travel
My question involves criminal law for the state of: US/Germany
okay so im getting some good feedback and i thank you for the information but i have a cou[ple other questions..
1.when someone travels over seas do they really check anythign else besides NCIC or is that it?
2.how likely is it that a police officer (as in during a traffic stop) would check for US warrants while there?
3.is there any way to check NCIC before applying for a passport?
4.would a felmony warrant in the US make it almost impossible to get a temporary visa to live in germany or any other european country?

Re: International Felony Travel
That felony warrant will need to be taken care before most European countries will grant you residency. Even then, depending on the nature of the crime, you may be barred from entry.
ETA: sorry Aaron - missed your post.
