I know, I know. I'm just trying to find a way to get it dismissed. Does the fact that he was parked at a fire station among fire trucks and fire vehicles mean anything?

Legally, no.
But, it might mean he likes bright, shiny red or yellow trucks. :)

Where speeding is concerned, you are generally going to be better off by pleading guilty and getting the best deal you can. From your post there would not appear to be any real means of challenging the ticket.

I think some courts in Nevada will accept online traffic school and the ticket will not show on your record. Call the clerk of court and ask.

I will probably end up pleading. Driving back where i was, though, there was a fense obsuring his view because i slammed on my brakes when i saw him. I dont think he actually radared me. I think he just guessed.
