If you commit statutory rape and are prosecuted for statutory rape, you risk being convicted of statutory rape. Once your girlfriend reaches the age of consent, you no longer risk prosecution for statutory rape. If your girlfriend accuses you of forcible rape, you could be prosecuted for that crime.

hmm ok but what about when its forcable rape, does the victum (the girl) have any say so to the judge. like if she claims that nobody raped her and her parents say otherwise does her say so matter?..

The alleged victim's testimony would likely carry significant weight with the prosecutor, and with the judge or jury deciding the case.
