Am I Eligible for Expungment
My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Pensylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.
Aloha all, great resource of information on here and from what I read that the commonwealth states are pretty strict. I'm nowhere near 70 and would like to better position myself employment wise. I don't want to scare off HR personnel by digging up my past.
In brief, I had a DUI in PA (age 19) 1999, moved to Maryland shortly after enrolling into the ARD program. Bench Warrant issued months later. In 2003, I was arrested in MD and plead guilty for "Fugitive from Justice" for PA. Released eight days after the state failed to extradict. In 2006, I was arrested for "Fugitive from Justice" in VA and then extradicted to PA. The PA courts eventually dismmised all of my charges with a prima facie case, failure to exercise due diligence.
Am I eligible to expunge all of the below charges?
11/2006 VA ;Offense: Fugitive from Justice; Disposition: Dismissed
08/2003 MD ;Offense: Fugitive from Justice; Disposition: Guilty
09/1999 PA ;Offense: DUI; Disposition: Migrated Disposition
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Virginia should be easy to get expunged.
Pennsylvania you'll have to check your lawyer. Migrated disposition doesn't tell us if they didn't leave it pending. Chances are if he thinks it was dismissed it can be expunged.
Maryland will be a problem. You've got a conviction there that doesn't seem to fit into one of the very few that allow expunction.
