That does not address my post, you were the one who said the 4th AM protected you and you could tell the cop to get lost.
Are you wrong on this or not or unsure now that you read my post. It is a simple question!

Friends, the arrogance of this young man needs no response. Since he clearly has no respect for anyone here, I see no reason why anyone should waste their time showing him the error of his ways.
You are free to disagree if you like to debate but I personally wouldn't waste a moment giving him the time of day, let alone free legal information. Since he thinks he knows all the answers, let him hire a "strong legal team" to give him the answers he wants to hear.
I just wanted to point out that when a person posts on a legal forum trying to discuss law that they know nothing of, they will see that, well, many of us know the actual law, not from TV also.
Someone posted here many months ago about arresting for an "in presence" crime and was acting like this was a cartoon forum instead of a law forum and that we all had no idea what he was talking about. He quoted law from X state, when the poster was from Y state, so he had no clue what he was talking about but in reality, thought we did not.
well, it appears that HPB's attnys (Smith & Wesson) have it all handled. Best attny firm you'll ever need.
Allow me to respond directly to your question...
One... if you take the time to be a nutjob and rub your receipt all over your privates, you won't have to worry about the legality of the search. You see, you will be arrested for public indecency and your search will just be part of the booking procedure.
Two... if you somehow manage to get your ... secretions on the receipt, the officer and or the LP will simply refuse to take it as a health measure. That doesn't mean they let you go. That means you are then arrested and get the additional time and expense of a trial.
Or.. better.. you could stop being a jerk that believes that what you want is law. Don't think that will happen, though.
I give you two years before you come back here with a post labeled "can they taze me for being a jerk?"
well, now you have simply proven yourself to be an idiot. That act would have garnered a visit from the local police, in my state anyway. Depending on exactly what you did, it was quite possibly an arrestable offense.Quote:
My favorite receipt checker was this one idiot in another state when I was visiting familly. Everytime I went in that store the idiot asks to see my receipt and I just shoved my way past him, flipping him off. Well one day the snowflake was offened by this and started following me out and saying "dont let me catch you off my shift" I turned and flashed my consealed carry permit and tapped where my gun was and told him I treat that as a threat on my life and should I see you off shift and you come at me being hostile I will no think twice before putting a hollow point in your skull and then sue your welfare family for the cost of the ammo. He shut up and went back inside. Never had a problem with that asshole during again during the rest of my stay, lol
.Intentionally contaminating a person with body waste or fluids. Yes, it can be a criminal act. Try spitting on a cop sometime and see what charges that gets you. Contaminating a person with fecal matter intentionally can get you charged with a criminal act.Quote:
Also to the guy with the reading problem above which I sure as hell hope isn't a lawyer and if he is he pays his clients for practice I was asking about what bogus charges they could attempt to charge me with if I shoved the receipt down my pants
Ah, but if I was the cop, you can be sure I would have your plate number and you would be held to the law in it's strictest interpretation.Quote:
Much more fun to flex my rights and provoke those who think they have power. Case in point with the flip off, the cop tried to get on a power trip but I quickly reminded him that flipping off a cop was ruled protected speech and the last jackass cop that arrested someone for doing that was sued for 50k, which is why he went back to his post.
this one I agree with you.Quote:
Also for that "nothing to hide" that is the oldest Libtard statement in the book. Blah blah if you have nothing to hide just consent to being searched. I guess I should let the police search my car when I get stopped for speeding because I have nothing to hide, right? I suppose I have nothing to hide and I should let the cops search my property because I have nothing to hide, right?
If you want to get on a plane, yes, if they say so. You can always not fly and you will not be exposed to the searches. You see, they do not force everybody to be subject to a search. It is only enforced on those that want to get on planes. Don't want to be subject to a search, don't fly.Quote:
Whats next the TSA should strip us of all clothing and preform an invasive full cavity search because I have nothing to hide?
I'll disagree with this one; we have a right to travel (5th amend & right to assembly) - the TSA says we dont .. but only about 10 SCOTUS cases re-enforce our right to travel is a basic right that also pre-existed our constitution. Right now, the electronic strip searches and groping is unconstitutional ;;; so if they want to do it then we would have to change our constitution, not ignore it, & its a simple as that
Too bad the person he threatened with the gun didn't get his plate number. Little Boy would not have a concealed carry permit now....
This guy is a nut cases,I'm all for civil liberties some people seem to enjoy making problems, some times people don't use common sense. My brother big on not showing his reciept and he respectful argued with store clerks, according to him the store has to have a sign posted or some membership agreement like cosco. Haaa flex your right to a cop and like jk said eventually you will run in to a smart and vindicate one who mess with you or cause you extra hardship with in the law.
