And so now Julie... let's talk about all the reasons why you are FLAT OUT WRONG.
1. Once the case is filed, there is a standard restraining order in place for the person filing that includes NOT TAKING THE CHILDREN OUTSIDE OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE COURT. This becomes valid towards the respondent upon service (maybe you should read up on CA law before you start answering questions)...
Not to mention... CA doesn't even HAVE magistrates.:rolleyes:

So even if I drop the case, and he hasn't been served, I'm still under a standard restraining order to stay in CA?
