    Harrassment Due to Filing Whistleblower Claim
    My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: All states

    Did you know that the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 legally protects whistleblowers from retaliation and/or harassment from fellow employees. Many whistleblowers are wary to file a claim for fear of losing their job, but this relief includes reinstatement, double back pay with interest, and compensation for litigation costs, expert witness fees and reasonable attorneys' fees.
