H1b to Green Card
It is now 6 months that I am working for company A under H1B and I have some questions:
1)can I apply 4GC with Company B while working with Co.A?
2)my employer is not requesting me the job as described in my petition before what can I do?
3) how hard is it to change employer? should it be same job title?

Re: H1b to Green Card
You cannot get a Green Card from a company with which you have no relationship - or do you mean that you want to start working for them and, in association with that, once you start they will sponsor you for a Green Card? Depending upon the full facts of your situation, once you start working for the company and have your H1B transferred to them they may be able to do that.
Obviously you have given us no information in relation to your second question, but if you believe that your employer has violated the terms of the finding of business necessity made by the Department of Labor, you're free to report that to the DOL. If you mean that your job duties have changed even though your employer remains within the terms of the DOL's foreign labor certification, such is life in the working world.
If you find a qualified employer who wants to hire you as an H1B employee, and you qualify for the position under the labor certification, transfer isn't a big deal. You are free to negotiate job titles with your prospective employer(s); the issue, though, is job duties.
