How can I get out of my home with out going to court

i am 16 years old and i live with my mom and dad and all we can do is fight all the time and we cant have a good talk with one another and i think it would be better if i get out of here and i am asking if i can get emancipation here in ohio? and if there is any way of getting it with out married and the arm foces? then i can have a good life with my bf and move way from here can u help me please? i need out of here

As you apparently already know, Ohio has no general emancipation status for minors. You can move out, though, with your parents' permission.

then if i do get this from my mom and dad can i move in with my boyfriend still get married to him without my mom and dad having to be there? is there any way of me moving out with them telling me i can ?

i dont feel that way i feel like i love and everything we just cant get along for 5 min i just what to know if if would be a good idea to move out and maybe things will get better
