Obtaining a Tourist Visa or Transit Visa After Voluntary Departure
Hello, I entered the US when I was 16 with my mom and sister, then she got married and we applied for cuban adjustment, but she got out of the US in the middle of the process, then I stayed for a year. Last year when I turned 21 got a deportation letter, and chosen a voluntary departure (but never commited any crime or felony)It's been a year since I am out of the US.... Now I have opened a company in Peru where I was born, and also have an Spanish residency. I was thinking that I could probably go on vacation for spring break to the US. What would my chances be of getting any visa?? I was not told by the judge if I got any bar or any restrictions. Please answer me asap.

    Thank you,

You overstayed more than a year, so you have a ten year period of ineligibility? (Or just under a year, so it's a three year period of ineligibility?) I would not give you much chance of getting a visa during your period of ineligibility, and you've indicated no facts as of yet that would qualify you for a waiver.
